THE FRENCH MARKET
The French Market is the second project of Alexandre, Amaury & Matthieu, three friends who share a passion for artisan food & drink. After the success of their first venture Authentique Epicerie & Bar, they realised they wanted to share more of their culture and passion. As French baking is at the forefront of French gastronomy, the choice was not hard to make! As a result, they founded in February 2021 The French Market - Whetstone a bakery, fine food & wine shop located in Whetstone, North London. In May 2021, they opened The Tufnell Park Bakery, a stone's throw away from Authentique, a local bakery supplied in fresh bread and pastries by The French Market daily. In September 2023, the trio of friends finally opens The French Market - Finsbury Park, an artisanal bakery & deli also serving barista coffee.
