ABOUT THE VINE & CELLAR
Both grape varieties are hand-harvested, fermented and raised separately. They are both aged for over 9 months on fine lees, the Pinot Gris in oak barrels and the Pinot blanc in stainless steel tanks. The wine is then blended, rested and bottled. Trovium is the old Latin name of the Traenheim village.
