ABOUT THE VINE & CELLAR
A grape variety that is not on the forefront of wine lovers but the Domaine here has 1ha of vineyards dedicated to the restoration and quality production of this wine. It ages in stainless steel and sees prolonged lees contact in order to intensify the otherwise neutral characteristics in its DNA.
ABOUT THE DOMAINE LES TROIS TOITS
Exceptional terroir, respect for nature, biodiversity. Only one mission in mind: showcase Muscadet to the world. The new winemaker Vincent used to be a Mathematics teacher at the French School in Kentish Town, North London. Now following his true passion, he is very serious about defining terroirs within his estate and making clean and great terroir wines with minimal intervention and great style. He's located in Vertou, where the Sevre river (hence the name Sevre et Maine) does his magic creating the perfect microclimate to ripen the grapes, alongside with the soils and expertise of long tradition and culture.
