From the South of France, Mathieu trained with some of the best bakers in France; Jovial and always smiling he has an infectious creative energy! A Fine Food & Wine Shop
After discovering our new bakery, you can then explore our shop where you will be greeted by Yuri Gualeni. From Lombardy in Italy, Yuri has worked as a head sommelier in some of the best restaurants and hotels of London for the past 15 years. From his knowledge of wine to his passion for French food, he will shed light on all the best things France has to offer.
