SHIPPING

Deliveries to Mainland UK (except Scottish Highlands):

• Orders with a value in excess of £75 are delivered free of charge. All other orders will incur a delivery surcharge of £10.
• There is no minimum order quantity.
• All orders will be delivered between 2 and 5 working days. Please contact us if you require a faster or a Saturday delivery.
• Delivery may be made by our courier at any time up to 6.30 pm.
• Prices quoted for mixed case wine offers include free delivery unless otherwise stated. 
• Deliveries to Scottish Highlands and Islands, Scilly Isles, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, the Channel Islands, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland: Deliveries to these destinations may take longer and will incur a one-off surcharge.
• We don't currently ship orders outside the UK but we can occasionally accommodate special requests.

DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS 

Please provide a complete postcode and a valid mobile phone number for every delivery address.

The recipient will receive a text message with details of the expected delivery time. If you do not want the recipient to receive this message, you must put your own mobile phone number, but be aware that, if you put the recipient's number, the courier will not be able to let them know the approximate delivery time.

Please leave an alternative delivery instruction if there will be no-one at home, work or other nominated destination to accept the delivery, such as " Leave in …/ on … / with …". It is quite important especially if you are sending a surprise gift.

Missing Wine or cases damaged in transit must be reported to us within 3 days of receipt of advice of dispatch. If you are expecting a delivery and have not received it within 3 working days, please notify us.
